Norman Baker studied Aviation & Aeronautical Science at LeTourneau University in Texas, and Management at Friends University in Kansas, USA. He has invaluable project management and Business & General Aviation experiences, part of which he gained when he was working as a business pilot and a flight instructor.
For 14 years he has been working at the Cessna Aircraft Company in various programs such as Production Series Manager, Head of Development, Head of Sales and Head of Marketing and Customer Services.
In 2010 he started working at GE. As the Director of GE Aviation Systems he was responsible for global aviation data management. Three years later he became the President of Taleris JV, a subsidiary of GE Aviation and Accenture, which provides operational damage prediction and precaution services to aviation carriers all around the world.

Daniel Hrnčíř holds an MBA degree in Economics. He started his career in the Production and Quality department at Gillette Company. After six years he left for ABB Group where he worked in several management positions.
In 2012, he started at GE Aviation Czech as the Head Components Production and Quality Stabilization. Within a year, he was managing the production of the H80 and M601 turboprop engine series, including Assembly and Testing.
It took him just three years to become Plant Manager, which makes him responsible for our production operations. He oversees and guides the work of more than 300 employees.
