AG Aero Named Authorized Service Center for GE\'s M601 and H80 Engines

ADELAIDE, AUSTRALIA – June 16, 2011 – AG Aero, part of the AGA Group of Companies, known throughout Victoria and southern New South Wales for its reliable and efficient aerial agricultural application and maintenance capabilities, has signed an agreement with GE Aviation to become an Authorized Service Center for GE’s M601 and H80 turboprop engines in Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines regions.

Smyrna Air Center Completes First Power 90 Upgrade Conversion

Smyrna, Tenn. – Smyrna Air Center has completed its first Power 90 Upgrade conversion for AeroMetric, one of the largest and most experienced full service geospatial solutions companies in the United States. GE Aviation’s M601E-11A engines are now powering AeroMetric’s King Air E-90 aircraft for their site in Anchorage, Alaska.

Technoavia Purchases GE’s H80 Engines for New Rysachock Aircraft

EVENDALE, OHIO – February 21, 2011 – Technoavia, a Russian-based aircraft manufacturer, signed a ten-year sales and cooperation agreement with GE Aviation for the purchase of H80 engines. The engine agreement is for the newly designed Rysachok aircraft, a twin-engine, ten-seat general aviation aircraft, which will primarily be used by Russia’s Civil Aviation State Pilot Schools. Technoavia signed firm engine orders for 30 aircraft and has options for another 30 aircraft.

Aircraft Industries Purchases GE's M601 and H80 Engines for L410 Aircraft

EVENDALE, OHIO – February 7, 2011 - Aircraft Industries, a Czech-based aircraft manufacturer, signed a five-year sales agreement with GE Aviation for the purchase of M601 and H80 engines. The engine agreement is for the L410-UVP-E20 aircraft, a twin-engine commuter aircraft, with annual production of 10+ units.
