Customer and Product Support
Meet the team! Get to know your Customer and Product Support Organization based in Prague, Czech Republic.
The Field Support's FSEs (Field Service Engineers) will be the ones flying to your help whenever you need it.
Customer Support is here to deal with all the commercial and customer care issues you might face, as well as providing additional, maintenance-related services such as Type Certificate training, or access to the Client Zone harboring our technical publications (maintenance manuals, service bulletins, etc).
Product Support holds the employees dedicated to work with Sustain Engineering and address any identified reliability issues if and when they occur in a prompt manner, following their cases through with suppliers or designers.
We have now also established the Service Training Program to ensure future talent is given perspective, recruited at an early stage, and nurtured to the GE engines' own needs to give our customers the best support in the future aswell.
