Please note that the transition period when GE was accepting both hardcopy customer forms and electronic customer forms was between 2011 June - 2011 Dec, and as of 2012 Jan, we are only accepting customer requests via the ECR. Please contact Zsuzsanna.Papdi@ge.com to help register yourselves in no time, with 3 simple steps - here is a guide to show you how registering on Support Central will happen.

Shipping Instructions: If you are shipping an engine or part to GEAC, please take time to study the shipping instructions! Cooperation in this is essential for smooth and quick business. Please note the Shipping Instructions - Incoterms addendum published 2011.11.01.

Receiving Customers' engines at GEAC: Please note that as of 2010 October, the attached directives are effective for receiving the engines and parts of customers at GE Aviation Czech.

Basic Communication Guidelines: Please follow the directives set out by the Customer and Product Support department to ensure smooth business flow, and facilitate the service team's responsiveness.
